FAQ

Here we have gathered some of the most common questions our customers have. If you don't find the answer to your question please do not hesitate to contact us for the fastest possible support. Our goal is to answer your e-mail no later than the next business day.

How do I place an order?

You place an order simplest via our webshop. Click here to see a guide of how to do this . You can also order by e-mail, phone or fax - see Contact us for more information.

How much is the cost for shipping?

The shipping fee is automatically calculated in the shop and you see the cost when you checkout. You do not commit to buying when you go to the checkout page and you can continue to look around the webshop after doing so.

What payment methods do you offer?

Our international customers can only pay directly with credit card in our webshop. See our Conditions of Sale for more info regarding this.

Is the item in stock?

You can see the status of all parts in our webshop. When you view the articles in list-mode there is a circle that represents the stock status next to the "Buy"-button on the far right. Green circle stands for "in stock" and yellow for "not in stock".

Do I have to log in to make a purchase?

No. It is possible to simply add items to the shopping cart and then go to checkout and fill in the forms manually. The good thing with logging in is that all your data is automatically filled in (address, phone no, email etc) and we're also able to keep a purchase history on you as a customer which can be the basis for discounts later on.

Do I get a discount?

We have no set system for when and if a customer will get discount because there are so many different aspects to consider. Some of our items are sold at very low margins and there is simply no room to discount. Once we have built a relationship with the customer we are usually able to adjust prices slightly.

When will I receive my parts?

If all parts are in stock we will usually send the parts the same day or on the next business day. See "Freight & Delivery" on our Conditions of Sale-page for more info.
