Nyproduktion

CVI Automotive AB har varit aktiv i att projektera och nytillverka reservdelar för äldre Volvomodeller sedan 1992. Oändligt med tid har spenderats (och spenderas) på förhandlingar och diskussioner med en mängd, både etablerade och potentiella, leverantörer. Många projekt har runnit ut i sanden, oftast på grund av dålig eller obefintlig lönsamhet. Andra projekt har varit lyckade och gett både pengar i kassan och nya, "svåra", reservdelar på lagerhyllan.

Nedan följer en sammanfattning i kronologisk ordning av en del artiklar vi har tagit fram (med artikelnummer inom parentes). Detta är enbart ett litet urval då den fullständiga listan skulle bli för lång för att publicera.

  • 1992. Dörrlåskolvar för Volvo P1800 (664733) nytillverkades hos originaltillverkaren (OEM-leverantören), tillsammans med komplett låssats för P1800 (664736) och Amazon sedan (663804). Vi har nu också tagit fram en ersättningssats för P220 Amazon kombi (669367).

  • 1992. Vi tog de första stegen mot en nytillverkning av värmekontrollventiler för PV, P210 Duett och Amazon (673452) hos originaltillverkaren (OEM-leverantören). AB Volvo hade till slut tagit beslutet att, på grund av bristande lönsamhet, lägga ner tillverkningen av dessa ventiler. CVI Automotive - ett företag med ett något annorlunda kostnadsläge - återupptog tillverkningen. Nu levererar vi värmeventiler till de flesta Volvomodeller från 1957 till 1973, vilket inkluderar 673451 för 1800 serien, 673452 för PV 544, P210 Duett och Amazon samt både 680304 och 679480 för 140/160 serien (1967 till 1972). Till 240 kan vi nu leverera den ventilen som monterades i samband med de modeller som fick A/C (air conditioning), alltså 1348252.

  • 1993. Vindrutetorkararmar i rostfritt, mycket lika originalutförandet, nytillverkades för Amazon, PV/Duett och P1800 1961-71. Tidigare hade vi köpt in ett större parti P1800 torkarblad tillverkade av TRICO (665638) men hade inga torkararmar att fästa dessa i. Denna brist i lagerhållningen åtgärdades nu.

  • 1994. CVI nytillverkade gummiartiklar i originalutförande: tätningslister för vind- och bakruta på Amazon (673318, 671764) och PV 544 (673228, 659811). Formgjutna artiklar som pedalgummin för Amazon & P1800 (666176, 653238). Pedalgummin till PV/Duett (83079), gaspedalgummi PV, Amazon, Duett (660533), samt gummiplattan för Amazon kombi bakre stötfångarhorn (666262).

  • 1994. Vi inledde förhandlingar med Wagner-Lockheed i USA (originaltillverkaren, och nu en del av Federal-Mogul bjässen) och började projektera för framtagning av nya verktyg för tillverkning av huvudbromscylindrar (663468 - B18-typ) till PV 544 och P210 med bromsvätskebehållare (663418) uppe på torpedväggen. (Behållaren finns nu även den att tillgå - från OEM-leverantören!). Första leveransen från denna nyproduktion, en sändning med 275 cylindrar, anlände i maj 1995. Till dags datum har vi sålt ca. 1700 stycken huvudbromscylindrar. Även repsats 276492 finns nu helt enligt gamla original.

  • 1994. Efter mycket forskningsarbete hittade vi till slut fram till originalleverantören av pinjongtätning till ENV bakaxel (88391). Denna satt monterad i (ENV) bakaxlar tillverkade i Willesden, London och monterades på PV och Amazon upp till 1966 (sida vid sida monterades även Dana-Spicer bakaxlar på dessa årsmodeller). CVI Automotive köpte in hela det kvarvarande lagret av dessa tätningar och levererar nu till hela återförsäljarnätet (via GCP). Vi har nu också kontakt med originaltillverkaren av alla olika typer av pinjongtätningar passande till Spicer bakaxlarna (80507, 942905 och 9143317).

  • 1995. Vi inledde samarbete med en tillverkare för att nytillverka kompletta kabelhärvor, identiska med de som originalmonterades vid nyproduktionen av P1800 1961 - 1969. Stora ansträngningar gjordes för att få denna nytillverkade produkt helt identisk med originalet. Den har bland annat ett ytterhölje i textil som tog mycket arbete att ordna fram. Efter P1800-härvan följde nytillverkning av kabelhärvor till PV, P210/Duett och Amazon. Insprutningshärvor för 1800E (683691) och 1800ES (1210099), komplett med gummimuffar i original, (943693, 943695, 945783) nytillverkades något senare. Numera har vi även insprutningshärvor till 140 serien med B20E/F motor, samt 164 med B30E motorn från 1972-1973, 1974 och 1975.

  • 1995. Baklampsglas för P1800 i helrött utförande (664496) och det främre blinkersglaset i helvitt utförande (664590) nytillverkades. Baklampsglasen monterades på bilar som exporterades till USA mellan 1961 och 1969. De monterades även på bilar avsedda för andra exportmarknader fram till början på 1964.

  • 1996. Ett flertal kylar- och elementslangar nytillverkades i CVI Automotives regi. Bland annat kylarslangar för PV 544/Duett, Amazon, 140 och P1800 (663031, 676556, 673196, 657876) samt elementslangar för PV/Duett, Amazon och P1800. Nu även för 140 och 164 (till viss del). Även vissa 240 slangar har nu tagits fram. Plus bränsletillförselslang till tidiga Duett/PV445 (656046).

  • 1997. Vi nytillverkade styrpinnar (659663) och clips (659664) för fasthållning av bromsbackar i trumbromsar (Wagner-Lockheed typen) hos originalleverantören. Dessa är mycket mera lättmonterade än den ersättning som AB Volvo numera levererar som "original" vid sina reservdelsdiskar. Våra bromsdetaljer passar till alla PV 544, P210 Duett, Amazon 121 tom. 1964 och till bakbromsarna på Amazon 122S/1800S på 1968 års USA modeller. De ingår även som huvudkomponenter i Volvos monteringssats 273172, som vi också lagerför. Kolla även vår senaste mest kompletta sats med dessa i (som även innehåller returfjädrarna till bromsbackarna) som vi kallar 273173. Vi har även liknande satser för Amazon B18 och B20, samt för P1800 1961-69 (273171, 273171-1, 273171-2).

  • 1997. Vi riskerade en stor del av vårt reservkapital på en nyproduktion av Zenith 36 VN förgasare vilka satt originalmonterad på Volvos B18A motorer, 1961-1966 (237128). Beställningen gick till ett företag som var en huvudleverantör till The Zenith Carburettor Company Ltd, Honeypot Lane, Stamford, Middlesex, England. Det tog ett helt år med många komplicerade turer innan vi fick vår slutleverans i november 1998. Denna förgasaretyp är mycket svår att renovera eftersom begagnade stommar mycket ofta drabbas av materialutmattning och snedvridning vid viktiga 90 graders vinklar. En nytillverkning var nödvändig. Nu tyvärr finns endast ett handfull kvar i lager. Först till kvarn...!

  • 1998. Panhardstagsbussning (666416) och bakre upphängningsbussning (660112) för P220 Amazon kombi nytillverkades tillsammans med PV motorkuddesats (273059) och växellådskudde (89731). Vi har även tagit fram 273059 i ett hårdare gummi för rallybruk.

  • 1999. Vi nytillverkade reparationssatser för bränslepumpar. Dessa passar på de glaslockspumpar som originalmonterades på Volvomotorer åren 1947-1964 (403269 och 234008). Denna sats har artikelnummer 276223. Rep.satsen till AC bränslepumpen med nummer 419291 (rep.sats = 276281) och till första Pierburg pumpen med nummer 418878 (rep.sats = 276520) nytillverkades lite senare. Dessa senare pumpar monterades sida-vid-sida på Volvomotorer från 1965 fram till c:a 1970.

  • 1999. SU förgasare och originalreservdelar. Vi knyter samman vårt nät av leverantörer och fabrikanter och kan leverera reservdelar till alla utföranden av förgasare: från SU H4 (B16B) upp till SU HS6 (B18B/D och B20B/D). Även vissa delar till SU HIF6 finns i lager. Fabriksrenoverade (utbytesdetalj!) SU-förgasare med två-bultat luftfilter av den typ som monterades 1961-1966 likväl som fabriksnya förgasare med tre-bultat filter finns i lager. Luftfilter av alla slag finns att tillgå. Delar till Zenith-Stromberg förgasare finns också.

  • 2000. Baklampsglas för P1800 i rött/gult utförande nytillverkades i mycket hög kvalitet. Dessa glas heter 668399 i ursprungsformat (endast glaset) men det finns även en sats som innehåller glas, 4 skruvar med gummitätningar samt en packning för glaset. Satsen heter 1212714. Dessa glas säljs nu även via AB Volvos nätverk, dock endast under nummer 1212714.

  • 2000. Den stora runda bakaxelbussningen (675771) som monteras på Amazon och P1800S, med den senare typen av bakaxelupphängning, nytillverkades på beställning av CVI Automotive hos originaltillverkaren.

  • 2001. Baklampsglas nytillverkades till Volvo 1800 ES (686965 och 686966). Säljes nu även via Volvos nätverk av återförsäljare.

  • 2001. Vev- och Ramlager för B4B, B14A och B16 motorerna tillverkades med ensamrätt för CVI Automotive i storlekar från standard ned till fjärde underdimensionen (-0.040"). Volvo artikelnummer är 276658 - 276661 för vevlager, samt 276686 - 276689 för ramlager (beroende på storlek).

  • 2001. Förstärkningsring (664285) för P1800 strålkastarpottor (1207412) nytillverkades i när nog, med originalet, helt identiskt utförande. Denna detalj är av mycket högre kvalitet än de vanligen förekommande "piratringar" som hitills funnits att tillgå.

 

Följande information finns för tillfället bara på engelska:

  • 2001 P1800 front suspension lower A-arm rubber cushion (662203) re-manufactured. Many people have used the standard PV and Amazon cushion (83108) as a replacement, but when you compare the two you'll see that there's a big difference in height between them.

  • 2001 Wheel cylinder pushrod (659676) used with Wagner wheel cylinders 659673, 659683, 667166 and 673391 for 544/210, 120/220 and 1968 1800S (USA) re-manufactured. The open end that meets the brake shoe sometimes has a tendency to crack on worn pushrods, so inspect yours closely next time you carry out any brake work!

  • 2002 Fuel tank sender unit (682149) for 1800E and 1800ES remanufactured for CVI according to the original drawings and specifications. Tank sender unit for 1800S '61-'69 (673496) is already in our programme.

  • 2002 122S front wing (fender) badge (670677) remanufactured for CVI exclusively. Made of aluminium (as the original) and now also sold to Volvo. These badges were fitted to Amazon 122S between 1965-1970. 123 GT wing badges have also been made by CVI in aluminium.

  • 2002 Wheel cylinder for Amazon station wagon P220 USA spec. 1968 manufactured (673391). Tandem type brake master cylinder for the 1968 USA model 122 coupé (P130), 122 wagon (P220) and 1800S (672825) is also now stocked as a re-manufactured item (see below).

  • 2002 Taillamp lenses for PV 544 (European-style with built-in reflector, 658399) re-sourced from old original tooling. Beware inferior quality repro. items now also available on the market. The repro. items do not have a sufficiently long tube where the attaching screws go through, resulting in easy cracking of the plastic on the outer surface should the screws be overtightened. NB. We are currently looking at also being able to supply these lenses with the chrome rim, as Volvo used to supply them. The European lenses can also be used for USA cars.

  • 2003 121 front wing badge (670678)remanufactured in aluminium. Now sadly NLA.

  • 2003 PV bootlid lock (93483) re-manufactured. For this we had to manufacture the small rod that comes out of the back of the lock cylinder and change over the current door lock rods for these smaller rods. We can now also offer a variety of lock sets for both PV and Duett models. Most common are 94707 for 544 without lock in passenger door, 93902 for 544 with lock in passenger door (ie USA models) and 93897-2 for 210.

  • 2003 Brake master cylinder (tandem type - 672825) for USA spec.1968 model 122S and 1800S re-sourced. We also stock repair kits for the original cylinders (273076 with piston, 273076-1 without piston). Both 273076 and 273076-1 now NLA, sorry.

  • 2003 Brake pressure reduction valve repair kit made for dual-circuit systems (273090). These do NOT include a new piston but DO include a special shaped tool to facilitate fitment of the main piston seal. We are currently looking at the possibility of producing a kit for the early type (single circuit) reduction valve with kit # 273104 - this would have to include a complete piston assembly.

  • 2003 Chromed wheel nuts for 1800E, ES, 164 and 140 GL (688984) made as original. These had not been available from Volvo for some 15 years or more, being replaced at Volvo by the "incorrect" version from a later model. Unfortunately the manufacturer proved unwilling to make another batch of these when the first batch was exhausted. However, they are now available again in stainless steel.

  • 2004 Wiring harnesses for all Amazon B18 & B20 models re-manufactured according to the original drawings. We have so far managed to re-manufacture almost all of the individual harness sections listed in Volvo's Spare Parts Catalogues (but NOT those from 1968 USA models - anybody got a decent 2nd-hand sample to use as a blueprint??)and now offer complete harnesses for the various model years. See our web shop under Volvo Amazon - Electrical equipment - Wiring harnesses - LHD cars or RHD cars (depending on whether left-hand drive or right-hand drive) - and then part numbers beginning with 3001 (LHD) or 3016 (RHD). The range includes a very well re-manufactured harness for both LHD and RHD 123GT models with B18B engines (1967-1968). If anyone has a B20 model 123GT we would very much like to have the opportunity of re-manufacturing a completely new wiring harness for that model! Let's hear from you.

  • 2004 Fitting clips for P1800 front and rear wing mouldings re-manufactured to original UNC specification - 668068, 654585, 672259. Front wing mouldings for P1800 1961-1966 now also stocked (664622 and 664623).

  • 2004 Cylinder head bolts (191523) for Volvo B18 and B20 engines manufatured for CVI by the genuine supplier to Volvo.

  • 2004 Engine inlet & exhaust valves for B16, B18 & B20 engines made to OE specification (403486, 403881, 419368, 419292, 419639, 419640, 419735, 419766). Valve guides also made (415266, 419652, 419653), as well as a special heavy-duty B20 (37 mm) exhaust valve (CVI-5406 HD).

  • 2004 Brake hoses for PV544/P210 B18 front (667379) andPV/Amazon B16/B18 rear (plus PV 444 and 544 B16 front) (87695) re-manufactured according to exact old-style genuine specification that not even Volvo offer these days. These hoses include a special washer used for location purposes particularly on the 444/544 and 445/210 front axle eyelets where hose meets pipe.

  • 2004 Dashboard trim brightwork for PV544/P210 and Amazon made to original specification with aid of blueprints and samples. Trim for PV544/P210 comprises Volvo part numbers 658091, 658092, 658093 and 658094 but sold as a complete kit only under part number 658090. The Amazon single piece trim has part number 654299. Unfortunately the wire clips 663973 that mount these to the dash have not been sourced due to excessively high tooling charges.

  • 2004 Front suspension top ball-joints (653131/273004) re-made for Amazon and P1800, fitted to cars manufactured up to July 1965. These have been made according to the original drawings and come complete with lubricator nipple as well as fitting kit. Unfortunately these are now in short supply as the manufacturer has told us that he is not willing to make a second batch.

  • 2004 Grease caps (87465) for front wheel bearings on Amazon, PV, Duett and P1800 re-made to original specification. We have very good prices on front and rear wheel bearing kits as well! Even on later model Volvos.

  • 2004 Front anti-roll bar bush clamp (672217) re-made for Amazon and P1800. Anti-roll bar bush 657839 already exists with the requisite slit along the side to enable easy assembly.

  • 2004 Door glass scraper seal for late 140/240/262 made as replacements for the existing seal, though withoutthe normal accompanying metal strip (which makes these items so expensive from Volvo). Ours are designed to re-use the existing metal strips.

  • 2004 Spare wheel well for PV444/544 re-manufactured exactly as original. Part number is 96620.

  • 2004 Clutch slave cylinder repair kits for Amazon and P1800 re--made as a cheap kit to cover both 3/4" and 13/16" bore cylinders. These have part number 276451/139. Very often cars have been fitted with a second-hand slave cylinder but the owner doesn't know the size of the internal bore. With this part you don't need to worry.

  • 2004 P1800 taillamp cellular sponge seals (664505 and 664498)re-made. These ones actually fit!

  • 2004 Wiper spindle seals for 544/210 re-made according to original blueprints (658174 & 658175). These arrived in December, along with new bushes for the 544/210 clutch cross-shaft (662224).

  • 2004 Fuel tanks now stocked for Amazon P120/P130 and all 1800 models. Part number 260020 for Amazon, whilst 683393 covers all tanks in the 1800 range. Tank sender units are already stocked.

  • 2004 Door glass scraper seals for Volvo 240 made for CVI. If you purchase these from Volvo you must buy the whole "kit" which includes the metals strip (in black or silver) to which the scraper seal is attached. Ours come as loose items. We offer the 244 front door window seal under part number 1255991L and the rear door seal under part number 1255967L.

  • 2005 Brake master cylinder repair kit (276461-1) for Amazon & P1800 with single circuit brakesnow resourced. The problem has been that approximately 10-12 years ago FTE altered the size on the piston opening where the seal is positioned, and therefore produced a different seal to fit. However, if you have the Volvo genuine repair kit (which has always been supplied without the piston assembly) or the cheapy PBR kit), then you will have problems if rebuilding a cylinder that was renewed within the last decade or so.

  • 2005 Fuseboxes and Fusebox lids for Amazon, PV544 and P210 now available again. These are exactly as the originals. Part number 192228 for the fusebox and 192229 for the lid. We still have some of the short stubby 25A fuses (11434) remaining in stock and we may look into re-manufacturing another batch at some point soon. If interested please contact us.

  • 2005 Repair kit 273076-1 (seals only) re-manufactured for brake master cylinders 676257 and 672825. Main kit with piston is already stocked. NOW NLA, sorry.

  • 2005 Wiring harnesses for LHD 1969 1800S (USA) & LHD 1973 1800ES re-manufactured exactly as per original.

  • 2005 Wiring harness for 1968 1800S (USA) (673312) now available. This is unique to the US version of the P1800 as built from the start of the 1968 model. Late 1967 up to the end of 1967 is now also available. The part no is 673126. The difference concerns the inclusion of the hazard light warning system (with switch added on the dashboard) for 1968. These harnesses were fitted with the first dual-circuit brake system, with brake failure warning activator switch (in the engine bay) and inboard brake light switch.

  • 2006 Handbrake (parking brake) return spring (653625) for all Amazon plus P1800 1961-1969 made exclusively for CVI.

  • 2006 Needle bearing for laygear (183498) used in M40/M41 gearboxes from 1971 until 1976 now available - again, made exclusively for CVI.

  • 2007 Inhibitor switch (early 4-pin type 235512) re-sourced for automatic gearboxes of BW35 type. These have been unobtainable for some 10 years or more. At Volvo they have been replaced by an expensive 6-pin type.

  • 2007 Taillamp seals for P1800/S/E (665046) re-manufactured for CVI, along with seals for P1800 headlamp bowl (665041), P1800 wiper spindle seals (669796) and PV/Duett bonnet rest cushions (82429). We already have in stock an excellent P1800 wiper spindle chromed bezel (664607).

  • 2008 Wheel trim rings (682086) for 1800E, 1800ES, 140GL and 164 ('71-'75) re-manufactured to concours condition. These truly are superb - probably better than when available from Volvo - but they are expensive, being mainly handmade. We will in 2009 be offering a non-concours version that will also be made of stainless steel but which will not be so highly polished, nor will they be chromed. For those who are "doubters" we can categorically state (with evidence from Volvo's blueprints amongst others) that the originals were always made of stainless steel and that they were subsequently chrome-plated.

  • 2008 Fuel injection harnesses for 140 and 164 received. Part numbers are 688360 (140 1971), 1214821 (140 1972-73), 1214692 (140 1974), 688622 (164 LHD 1972-73), 1215046 (164 LHD 1974) and 1215279 (164 1975). If you've ever wondered why your FI system doesn't seem to work as well as it should, despite replacement of many of the essential ingredients, try a new harness! They are not cheap but they are a nightmare to build because of the many different components and not least the fact that each wire has the same colour, namely white. Original harnesses had numbered cables. However, small volumes simply don't allow for the expense of manufacturing such wiring in the minimum quantities required by the manufacturers.

  • 2008 Horns for 1800E/ES and 164 have now been re-sourced. These were made in the UK by Lucas and supplied to Volvo who sold them as 680859 for high tone and 680860 for low tone.

  • 2008 Air filters for SU HS6 carburettors made for CVI by a manufacturer in the Far East who had previously made them some 20 years ago. Both the early "thin" type (73606) fitted 1961-1966 as well as the later thick type fitted 1967-1968 (672280 and 672281) were made with blue-painted metal outside and with filter paper with a yellow tinge. These have also now been sold into the Volvo network of dealerships worldwide.

  • 2008 Brake adjusters for Amazon & P1800 (668667) fitted in conjunction with Giring rear brakes have now been re-manufactured exclusively for CVI.

  • 2008 Clutch master cylinders (653094) now also re-sourced with a correct-length pushrod, and an excellent price.

  • 2008 Brake master cylinder repair kit for all PV/Duett (276492) now re-sourced. Includes everything that the original Wagner-Lockheed kit - even the shape and size of the outer dust cover is entirely correct.

  • 2008 Wiring harnesses for Volvo 1800E and 1800ES are now nearing completion for the entire range of cars built between 1970 and 1973. Volvo divided these into 4 main sections in the Volvo Parts Catalogue (182/183): main harness, dash lighting harness, chassis (tail) harness, and fuel injection (FI) harness. The difficulty for both layman and specialist alike was and still is the deciphering of the codes in the "Notes" column in the parts book. However, in CVI's web shop you will find it fairly easy to work out which sections fit which model type and year of manufacture. Have a look! It's under "Volvo P1800 - Electrical equipment".

  • 2008 Brake booster for dual-circuit Amazon (LHD) and 140 (not B20E/F) re-sourced. Part number used to be 676256 but was subsequently superceded to 1387640.

  • 2009 All Wagner-type wheel cylinders used in Volvo cars from 1947 until 1968 now re-sourecd. Part numbers are 87450, 87451, 88323, 659673, 659683, 667166 and 673391. 87450 and 667166 have now been discontinued at Wagner Brake (673391 has not existed from WB for some 20 years) and we imagine it is only a question of time before they are all gone. Hence we have taken steps to have these all re-sourced with new tooling in some cases.

  • 2009 The 3-way union at the front of PV brake master cylinders (87697) re-made for CVI. At the same time we made a one-way union (87697-1) for the same application, to be used by those wishing to fit a remote brake booster to their PV.

  • 2009 Clutch slave cylinder for 700 & 900 turbo (as well as 240 RHD cars) 6843913 re-sourced, along with brake master cylinders for 700/900 without ABS up to 1991 (6819671) and cylinders with ABS (6819749), also up to model year 1991.

  • 2009 Ignition lock barrel (along with 2 new keys) finally made after many years of trying. Part number is 673261. This fits PV544 1958-1966, P210 Duett 1960-1969, Amazon 1958-1968 and P1800 1961-1969. New key blanks are also available for these.

  • 2009 Key blank in same form as original for Amazon B20, 140, 164 and 1800E/ES made for CVI. Part number is 680196.

  • 2010  Gear lever/shift knob made for PV544 and Amazon. Part number 663942 fits for 4-speed gearboxes, 661159 for 3-speed. 
  • 2010  Plastic spacer between fuel pump and engine block re-manufactured. Part number 460678 fits B4B/B14A/B16/B18/B20/B30A engines 1947-1976.
  • 2010 Clutch slave cylinder for Amazon and P1800 made. 673030. This comes with the pushrod and the adjuster nut and special rounded nut that mates with the clutch lever.

  • 2010 Repair kits (with and without new pistons) for brake calipers and master cylinders for Volvo 140/164/200/700/900/850/S70/S90/V70/V90 up to model year 2000 re-sourced. Even for S40 and V40, C70, S60, S80 and XC90. Please check our web shop for details (not all kits are in the web shop yet - will be there soon). Although the aftermarket is packed out with exchange reconditioned brake calipers these days (and even some new ones coming from primarily China), the quality of the new ones can vary dramatically from batch to batch. They are also relatively heavy items to post. We therefore think that to offer kits (particularly those with new pistons) can be a very useful alternative to buying a rebuilt caliper. These days many calipers come with 2 pistons (often just 1), so once stripped into component form they are actually not so difficult to rebuild.

  • 2010 Fuel tank sender units for PV544, Amazon sedan & Amazon wagon (662153, 662152 & 662155) re-manufactured as original. We now also sell these to the Volvo dealership network (via GCP). The sender unit for P210 Duett (89246) has already been sourced.

  • 2010 Directional indicator switches (turn-signal switches) for PV544/P210, Amazon and P1800 (up to 1969 model year) re-manufactured exclusively for CVI. Part numbers are 658333, 657317 and 662533.

  • 2011 Fuel tank for PV444 and early 544 (early B16) made. Part number 28053

  • 2011 Fuel tank for PV544 (late B16 cars + all B18 cars) made. 260029. The difference between 28053 and 260029 is that the air equalization hole for 28053 is in a different position to that on 260029. This means that, if you wish to fit a 260029 to a car that has originally been fitted with a 28053 tank, then you must chop a hole in the bodywork, something which owners of fine cars may not be willing to do. So make sure you order from CVI, as we are the only ones who have made the eralier tank as well as the later one.

  • 2011 Fuel filler caps (lockable with Volvo logo) made with new tooling for Volvo PV444/544 and Volvo Amazon sedan. Part number 277360.

  • 2013 Oil filler caps re-manufactured. 403515 fits B4B/B14A/B16/B18 engines. This is a non-vented cap. 418954 fits B18/B20 engines. This is a vented cap. 421753 fits B30 engines as well as B17/B19/B21/B23 1975-1984.
