How to order

Step 1: Navigate

On your left you can see CVI Automotive AB's assortment in drop-down menu format. Click on your chosen Volvo model to view a list of different product groups that you can explore for that particular model. When no more sub-groups appear in the menu, the parts included in the last sub-group will appear in list form in the main window.

You can also use our search function to find the part you want. If you have an original part number from Volvo you can try to search it. Almost our entire range uses Volvo’s part numbering system. If you don't have a part number you can try searching using different keywords.

Step 2: Add to cart

Type in the quantity of the part you want in the small input box (standard quantity is always set to one/1 but you can change this) and then click “Add to cart”. The chosen product will then be added to your shopping cart – you can see it at the bottom of the web shop. You can then either continue to add further products to your shopping cart, or proceed to the checkout. To empty the shopping cart click on the button "Empty cart"

When you are done adding products to the shopping cart we recommend that you double check that all is correct.

Step 3: Checking out

Click on the button "Checkout" and then follow the steps.

Once we have received your order in our system we will start processing it as soon as we can.
Please note
: If we are out of stock of one or more items we may delay shipment until the order is complete. Normally we would think it justifiable to wait for 8-10 days, particularly where the order is due to be shipped outside Europe. However, if you are in a hurry and you wish us to send only the items we have in stock please say so at the time of placing the order. Bear in mind that CVI does not keep back orders, nor do we ship out-of-stock items free of charge at a later date.
